BSOD problems, please help!!!?

I used to get the Blue Screen Of Death months ago but luckily it stopped. However it has started again when windows installed new updates and i restarted my computer. I get BAD_POOL_CALLER and for the first time I've just gotten IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. On top of all this, before I stopped getting BOSD I had loads of virus', so went on a deleting spree on windows task manager, so whenever i start up my laptop (which I don't do often as i just shut it over) i get this message: Error loading C:\Users\(my username)\AppData\local\temp\ and 4 different codes: qoMffFut.dll, bmrdhxbn.dll, bwjodncq.dll and pmnllJDt.dll, and the title on each of these boxes is RunDll, which I have been told is something to do with the internet?? I have a dell inspiron 1520 with windows vista, and i've heard that vista is infamous for BSOD, is this why i keep getting it? Please help, I don't want to have to put up wiv the BOSD again, i don't even know how i got rid of it before!
