Why do I bleed and hurt when I defecate (poop)?

Hemorrhoids and/or Fissure. If you feel pimple type bumps around there its probably Hemorrhoids. They usually just itch. The pain comes with the fissure. Google it and you get lots of info. I'm using Witch Hazel (enson Brand but have Thayers on the way) to clean the area3 -4 times a day and then shove it in the hole for a minute or so. Dab dry it with toilet paper and powder the area with baby powder (NOT Tal). I'm also taking 5 fiber capsule 2x a day and if your poop is hard, try 1 stool softener a day. If you get to runny, stop the stool softener. good luck.
