I need a good cl for "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2."?

Ive been looking around for a good cod cl but nothing was good. I'm 1st Prestiged level 23. I'm mostly into a gun that has a decent fire rate, damage, and range and doesn't recoil like a monster. Even if you make up a good secondary weapon for the Riot Shield ill use it. So just tell me some cles you guys have and ill use them. Also i want killstreaks that go along with that cl. Thanks!
