What is wrong with USPS tracking service?

They are extremely unreliable. Because they have so many things to ship. They are more prone to lose track of something. That's why you always hear about things being lost in the mail. I would highly suggest you use some place more trusted. Such as UPS or FED EX. They are more reliable.
