For Anyone That Plays Maplestory Please Help!?

I Am Currently In Kahani And Im A Lvl 64 Almost lvl 65 in! I want To Do A Z Run So I Can Buy A Helm But Dont Know If Im The Proper Lvl To Do It!! I Have 1902 hp and 1156 mp! can someone plz help out?!?
