Are White Cubans considered Hispanic?

Baby, not all white Cubans are "100% spanish". Some of them have black ancestry. After all, the majority of the Cuban population is actually black. Also, there are other nationalities mixed into the Cuban gene pool. Lebanese being one of the most common. So really, hispanics general are mixed with a lot of different things. The "hispanic" term just simplifies things.
