Can pppl at the health dpt tell your parents your business?

I'm under 18 but i was considering getting birth control. i didn't want 2 tell my mom so i began searching for a place that wouldn't tell my parents. and i discovered that health dpts are not suppose to. the problem is that there is a woman that works there that is nosey and im afraid she will tell my mom. because sometimes when they see each other they discuss me. Do you think its still safe for me 2 go?
