Cat mewoing constantly! Help!?

My cat is about 6 months i think and she has started to go on the floor and mover herself with her feet and flop on her back and then she starts like almost begging. she does it constantly. she isnt trying to be cute or want love or anything i think she may have a back problem because she keeps putting it straight and starts walking with her stomach on the ground begging? Help anyone!
