Could I have addison's Disease?

Not looking for a Diagnosis, just your opinion, I am seeing a doctor but the appt is 2 months away!!!. I have an autoimmune disease already called Ankylosing Spondilitis. But I had noticed that my fatigue is getting worse and worse. I have always had low BP but it is getting lower. Especially after I got my hip replaced due to my AS. My BP was extremely low and I needed 2 blood transfusions. I am 5ft, but weight only 90lbs, and can't seem to put on the weight. I feel very weak all the time but It thought it was because of my AS. My BP is so low not that I get super dizzy standing or walking. I am from asian desent so I can't tell about the browning of the skin typical of Addison's Disease. I saw a heart specialist and he recommended Florinef with is a typical treatment of Addison's for my very low BP. But could it be Addison's? Do you have AD? If so does these symptoms sound similar????
