Help with Rose hair Tarantula?

My tarantula used to be a brownish color then last week she hid under her coconut for about 4 days and even webbed over the door, we couldnt even see in.. Now she came out and is like a black and bright red color?? Did she molt and us not know? I mean she is scary looking now. When we walk over to her tank she runs fast back into her cocnut and will stay there for hours. Is that normal? What is going on with her??
