Hotmail account blocked - Help!!!?

My hotmail account is blocked and the alernative email is wrong because my alternative email is @yahoo.co.uk and but my actual email is @yahoo.com, can u give me any ideas, I tried the Windows Live Validation center, where I posted my problem and its being 3 days i havn't had any response from them, it says on there website that they reply within 24 hours
