If there were reincarnation wouldn't the population?

have come to a staind still, cause think about it you die then you come back. So why is the world becoming overpopulated? Should we not see a decrease for the poeple who got it right? or is God steadly kicking down new soul and old soul's? or are just some of us reincarnated?
