Nails and Varnish? Why won't it stick?
Hi there! There can be several reasons why your polish won't stick. FIrst make sure your nails are clean, buff them slightly with a gently white buffer block, then dehydrate by using a non oil polish remover. Add a thin base coat and make sure its dry before applying the first coat of polish. Make sure your first layer of polish is thin too. This will help in the drying process. The second layer can be a little thicker. Make sure you give time in between coats to dry then apply a fast dry top coat sealing the edges of your nails as well. Polish does not last as long on natural nails as they do on an articifial layer or nail. This is because your natural nail is oiler and more plyable. An artifical service does not bend and is a harder surface. A good application and manicure will last a good 10 days on natural nails.
