Someone told me not to take nitric oxide and workout my legs or do cardio while taking it. any other comments?

You probably shouldn't ever take nitric oxide (NO) supplements. The human body already produces the appropriate amounts you need and are important in protecting an organ such as the liver from ischemic damage. Sustained levels of NO production result in direct tissue toxicity and contribute to the vascular collapse ociated with septic shock, whereas chronic expression of NO is ociated with various carcinomas and inflammatory conditions including juvenile diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and ulcerative colitis. In other words taking any kind of NO supplement=hazardous to your health.
