Wrong to drink protein shake on a regular basis on days i dont workout?

30 - 32 grams of protein is all the body can use and absorb at one setting. Anymore than that it is flushes out. That is stright and forward. Waiting 4 hours you probably could get away with another 30 grams. The same with vitamins. A simple daily multiple vitamin with your regular diet is more than enough for daily vitamins
